Pre Sale Cleaning Checklists
Pre sale cleaning is detailed presentation cleaning for properties preparing for photography, open homes or buyer inspections. The final scope depends on the property condition, access, time available and agreed quote.

Booking & Reservation Policy
Pre Sale Cleaning is the most detailed and demanding service we provide. To ensure every property receives the highest level of care and attention, we only assign our most experienced team members to these projects.
As a result, the number of Pre Sale Cleaning bookings we can accept each month is intentionally limited.
Reserve Your Preferred Date Early
We recommend contacting us as early as possible so we can assess the property, confirm the scope and reserve suitable time for the work.
We Recommend Booking 6-8 Weeks In Advance
To maintain exceptional quality, we intentionally limit the number of Pre Sale Cleaning projects we undertake each month. We strongly recommend contacting us at least two months before your intended sale campaign, photography session or open home date.
Free On-Site Inspection And Quotation
We are pleased to provide a complimentary on-site inspection and fixed-price quotation.
If you decide to proceed, we will prepare a service agreement outlining the scope of works, pricing and scheduled service date.
To confirm your booking and reserve your preferred date, a non-refundable deposit equal to 10% of the fixed quotation amount is required upon signing the agreement.
Once the agreement has been signed and the deposit received, your service date will be exclusively reserved for your property, and our specialist team will be allocated accordingly.
This reservation system allows us to maintain exceptional standards and ensure that every property receives the time, attention and workmanship it deserves.
