Quotes and Scope
Quotations are based on the information available at the time of enquiry, site inspection or discussion. The agreed scope may include service type, frequency, tasks, access arrangements and any site-specific requirements.
If site conditions differ materially from the information supplied, Hobart Cleaning Group may discuss a revised scope or quotation before proceeding.
Access, Safety and Site Readiness
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the premises at the agreed time. This may include keys, alarm instructions, parking information, clear work areas and disclosure of relevant hazards.
We may pause or decline work if conditions are unsafe or outside the agreed scope.
Payment
Payment terms will be confirmed as part of the quotation, invoice or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is required within the timeframe stated on the invoice.
Changes, Rescheduling and Cancellation
Please provide as much notice as possible for changes, cancellations or access issues. Late changes may affect scheduling, service availability or quoted pricing.
Service Limitations
We aim to deliver the agreed service with care and professionalism. Some stains, wear, damage, mould, aged silicone, surface deterioration or construction residue may not be fully removable. We will provide realistic advice where a result may be limited by the condition of the surface or site.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Where a problem occurs, please contact us promptly so the issue can be reviewed and addressed appropriately.
