Our Bond Clean Guarantee Details
We guarantee our service by correcting any issues identified by your real estate agent regarding our internal bond clean, free of charge. Issues must be advised to us within three days (72 hours) of the completion of your service. Our guarantee covers those items cleaned as part of your service. Where issues identified are related to matters that did not form part of the original service, we are happy to return to your property to provide additional support at our usual hourly rates.
Initial Inspection Upon Arrival
Quotations are estimates only. When our cleaners first arrive at your property, they will perform a walk around (with you if you’re present) in order to review the service against the quote provided. Should any changes be required (e.g. additional time is required due to property condition or relative size, or optional extras have been omitted), then they will contact you immediately for approval and before any extra work is performed.
Some of the damages which cause you won’t be able to receive your full bond back
Stains, holes, tears and burn marks on the carpets;
Scratches and stains on floors;
Scratches, stains, holes and cuts on the countertops;
Stains, scratches and holes on the walls;
Stains, scratches, tears or holes in furniture;
Any other type of damages produced by tenants or their guests.
