Pre-inspection

Our technician will inspect the tile and grout in order to let you know what can or cannot be done.
Site Preparation

Our technician will then carefully protect skirting boards and wall coverings, using low tack tape, waterproof plastic or waxed paper.
Pre-vacuum

Throughout vacuum of your floor to help remove any dry dirt.
Pre-Treatment

We apply a detergent degreasing solution and allow it to penetrate for up to15 minutes to loosen up grease, soil and contaminants.
Power Scrub Surface

Scrub the floor with a rotary scrubber to pull out the grease and loosen the dirt.
Brush

Brush the hard grout lines with a grout brush.
High Pressure Rinse

Rinse with Turbo Force high-pressure hard surface cleaning machine at pressures up to 2,500 PSI
